In 1999 Wavelength International was founded with a vision to create a medical recruitment company that truly cares about its employees, who in turn would truly care about the service delivered to doctors and healthcare employers. Today, Wavelength is an award-winning and industry-leading medical recruitment agency, while staying true to the same ethos and passion as in those early days.

As Wavelength continued to grow, managing high volumes of contracts and confirmation letters manually became increasingly time-consuming and open to error. The lack of automation not only slowed down operations but also introduced risks around document accuracy and compliance. To address these challenges, Wavelength sought a solution that would simplify document generation while integrating seamlessly with their new existing Salesforce setup

We spoke with Julia Buckley, Project Manager at Wavelength, about their experience using 3B for Salesforce.

What difficulties were you facing, and why did you choose 3B for Salesforce?
We were looking for a solution that would enable us to create digital contracts and confirmation letters with ease, rather than creating these manually, which opened us up to error and risk. We chose 3B for Salesforce as it was recommended to us by our Salesforce vendor, TargetRecruit. After seeing a demo of the product we came to the quick conclusion that 3B would solve our issues.

How well does 3B CLM integrate with your existing systems, like TargetRecruit?
3B integrates seamlessly with our Salesforce Objects, so generating a confirmation document and emailing to candidates and clients is completed without even knowing it is being generated from a 3rd party app.

3B has completely transformed the way we generate and manage our documents. We used to have a manual, time-consuming process, but with 3B this is now automated and integrated within Salesforce. This has saved us 20 hours per week in administrative tasks, and reduced the risk of errors. The ability to easily update templates without delays has made a real difference for our team, and the smooth integration means everything runs effortlessly in the background. 3B has helped us work more efficiently and focus on delivering the best service to our doctors and healthcare employers.

You have been trained to manage and build upon your processes. How has this level of control benefitted your team?
This level of control has been crucial for us as we have been able edit the document and email templates easily and without delay. Given we have around 60 templates being accessed multiple times a day it is important that they can be updated quickly without the need to revert to 3B for assistance.

What impact has 3B’s automations had on efficiency?
3B’s automations have significantly reduced the manual effort required to generate confirmation letters, streamlining what was once a time-consuming task. With accurate documents created in just a few clicks, our team spends less time on admin and more time supporting clients and candidates. This has improved efficiency, minimised errors, and allowed us to handle a higher volume of tasks without added strain.

Which feature(s) have had the biggest impact on your business?
Beyond efficiency, one of the most impactful features has been the ability to maintain control over our documents. Once generated, they are locked from manual edits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Any changes must be made at the source in Salesforce, reducing the risk of errors and inconsistencies. This has given us greater confidence in the integrity of our documentation while streamlining internal processes.

What would you say to another organisation considering 3B?
I would highly recommend 3B for Salesforce, especially Pete Disney-Fowkes, who helped us immensely. The 3B app was by far the easiest and most stress-free integration to our Salesforce platform. It has made document generation seamless and efficient, allowing us to focus more on our customers.

With 3B for Salesforce, Wavelength has transformed its document generation process. By moving from a manual approach to a streamlined, automated system, they have reduced administrative workload, minimised errors, and improved efficiency, allowing their team to focus on delivering exceptional service to doctors and healthcare employers.
